As a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and trainer, Althea regularly uses this innovative methodology to help individuals and groups to foster creativity and connection in the work environment. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops and coaching is designed to meet organizational needs, including but not limited to team development, leadership development, problem-solving, and change management. My mental health services extend beyond individuals and into the workforce to support organizations and groups to create positive workplace mental health environments.
