Please be aware that the registration fees paid for the virtual event, Business, Bricks, Mapping & Boarding, through online or phone channels are absolutely non-refundable. It is important to note this before making any payments.

Kindly take note that refunds or exchanges are not offered unless they fall under the exceptions listed below. It is imperative that you keep this in mind before making any purchases. Please be advised that although rare, speakers may be subject to change due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts. However, the event will proceed as planned in most situations.
